Our ceramic bowls are pre-manufactured and ready for use. However, to ensure that every smart toilet meets our rigorous quality standards, each smart component is installed, stress-tested, and quality-checked only after your order is placed. This process ensures optimal performance but means that it may take between 30 to 40 days for your order to arrive at your destination address.
That said, depending on your location and other factors, delivery can be as quick as 10 business days. Installation and Usage
Yes, our smart toilets are designed for easy installation. Our Smartlet series, come with an integrated water tank for both wall-hung and standing options, which do not require additional plumbing for a bulky cistern. You'll just need to ensure proper installation of the toilet and a nearby power socket to power its smart features.
For the wall-hung toilet, it must be securely mounted to the provided steel frame or an existing water cistern frame with standard 180mm spacing.
For the standing toilet, typical floor installation is required, with proper connection to water and electrical sources.

Yes, maintaining our smartlet toilet is simple. All our models feature self-cleaning functionalities such as automatic nozzle cleaning, deodorization systems, and bowl rinsing after every use. Our smart toilets will continue to function with basic flushing capabilities during a power outage. However, features that rely on electricity, such as the bidet, heated seat, or automatic lid, will not be operational. Rest assured, the toilet can still be used as a conventional toilet until power is restored.
